Effervescent nu-disco act Bad Business Club present their second supremely refined full-length album the deliciously sun-soaked and harmonically rich ‘Naked Neighbor‘.
Following excellent releases on revered label, Midnight Riot, the band return with eight delicately honeyed tracks – each of which are certain to ring out blissfully over pool-sides and ocean panoramas throughout the long hot summer and far beyond. Informed by an irresistible blend of Moroder-infused disco edge, yacht rock flair, and understated modern gloss, their sound is the aural embodiment of a gentle summer breeze.
The band wrote ‘Naked Neighbor‘ at a hilltop cottage in Puerto Rico, examining the theme of leaving old baggage behind as they reflected on their break from everyday Brooklyn life.
The new decade dawns with a message of love and hope from Balearic envoy Phil Mison and his fourth LP under the Cantoma moniker. Joined by old friends and new acquaintances, Señor Misono draws on a lifetime of record collecting, selection and songwriting to pack ‘Into Daylight’ with the essence of the Balearic movement, from the Café del Mar and beyond.
The album features guests Quinn Lamont Luke, Hush Forever, Suad Khalifa, Apres Midi, David Philips and Luna Asteri and was recorded between London and Barcelona.

‘Faced with a deadly storm brewed by an angry ocean, ‘Space Inside’ is narrated by inhabitants of a world realising the truth of their own inevitable doom. Taking the things they learned from their experiments in ‘Kill the TV’, Gene Pool weave a dark, twisted story, seething with a newfound musical intensity and ambition.’
