Cracking new package from Eclectics, with two original tracks from Canbrake (aka Mallorquin) with James Bright and Joe Morris on remix duties. All available via Bandcamp and there’s a vinyl option via Qrates.

Track one ‘Borne Upriver’ is a classy dubby chugger with slo-mo bass and sparkling guitars, which James Bright remixes with signature bubbling acid lines and swirling, delay filled synth atmospherics.

Track two is ‘Contento de Saber’ is a driving, uptempo psyche out with a classic electro feel, Jon Carpenter goes disco vibes. This in turn is remixed by Joe Morris into a classic old school houser, coming on like a lost Marshall Jefferson dub mix, complete with cowbells and loon bird samples. A really strong four tracker to add to your collection.
